End-User License Agreement

Effective October 19, 2026

1. Who this applies to. Andromeda Books Agent (the "App") is internal software owned by Andromeda Tech, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Andromeda"). Only Andromeda's members and personnel it authorizes may use the App, and only for Andromeda's own business.
2. License. Andromeda grants each authorized user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for Andromeda's bookkeeping and accounting. The App may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, or used for any other company's QuickBooks data.
3. QuickBooks connection. The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's published APIs, using an authorization granted by an Andromeda administrator. The authorization can be revoked at any time from the App or from the QuickBooks Online settings.
4. No warranty. The App is provided "as is." Andromeda remains responsible for reviewing and approving the accounting entries the App prepares.
5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Andromeda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
6. Intuit. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not made, sponsored, or endorsed by Intuit. Intuit is not responsible for the App.
7. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
8. Changes and contact. Andromeda may update this agreement by posting a new version on this page. Questions: contact@androm.tech.
